Tuesday wedding in Chapel Hill
When I first confirmed with Brooke and Anthony that they were planning a wedding on a Tuesday, I wasn’t sure WHAT was going to happen. I knew from experience, that Sunday weddings can sometimes end early, and are almost never as energized as Friday and Saturday night events. With that being said, a Tuesday wedding is a dream booking for a vendor, as all other clients are asking for that same Saturday in June that has been booked for months. Additionally, a weekday wedding saves the couple a bucket’s full of cash.
So, how did it urn out? I think the pictures speak for themselves! Brooke and Anthony’s ceremony was unforgettable. Their guests, and the bridal party in particular, really knew how to move on the dance floor. The Barn at Valhalla was ideal for this celebration too, with ample space for partying and kicking back. Needless to say, that the photos turned out fantastic as well. Tricia Michael was the photographer for the day. Chapel Hill is a short drive from AGB Productions HQ in Rolesville, especially compared to the normal 3 hour drive we are used to when traveling to Boone, Blowing Rock or Charlotte.
Anthony and Brooke were an absolute pleasure to work for! They gave us enough music to play so that we could feel out their style, while leaving us enough free time to fill in the music for the night based on their taste, and the response from their guests. Makayla and I would have to say, booking the Valhalla Barn was a great choice on Brooke and Anthony’s choice.
